Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

The sheer notion that the misTrust will be able to purchase any of the assets is laughable.

So this is how the Trust remain relevant...

The trust has several members who are "high net worth individuals" - or so they say, we all know that's probably bollocks though

Something as contentious as this needs to go a vote before being done in the name of BWFC supporters.

If the majority, like Mounts feel it's correct then fine, but to say it represents the fans views without a specific vote appears to be the Trust Board running their own little power trip

I would have thought that was a given, the leaders of the trust surely can't just do what they want, without discussing and offering the members a vote If they can just do what they want, without consulting their members, then it's a bit of a farce and will surely rub people up the wrong way

The ST could be great and a big help for BWFC... Not while these bellends are involved though

Looks like SKA has finally had enough of the ST and Izza. Good for him

Ken is fucking miles ahead of Izza for having his finger on the pulse.

why have the ST not published their inside info about the embargo yet?

you reckon you can change the LOV to be pro BWFC ?

I am. Did you miss the bit calling for fans to rally together and buy tickets to fill the ground tomorrow? Thought that would have been right up your street.

It's a fair question, isn't it? The first one, I mean.

The Trust hasn't been backwards in coming forwards with its mudslinging, so it seems strange that they would pass up a knock-in to discredit KA.

It's perfectly fair yeah.

Emailed Izza a while ago and he never came back to me. Mentioned this the other day on one of their Facebook posts and Smith asked me about it. Since then - nothing. They really don't help themselves

Like I said, ban them from the stadium.

I don't see it that way.
Simply looks like fair comment to me.
If the ST have an elected mandated approval from their membership about opposing the ACV removal then let them show it - otherwise it is just appearing to be a personal vendetta being held by those on the ST Board against him.
You simply can't purport to be acting as a public body representative of your members wishes if you haven't canvassed their opinion on the matter of removing the AVC.
It's not what you want that counts, it's what your members want that you represent and act on.
Note also the ST annual elections are now three months overdue (a quarter of a year already - only 9 months and reducing daily to the next one!)

From Anderson's statement today -

Reflecting on matters off the pitch, I have read the comments expressed by Daniel Izza, the chairman of the BWST, concerning the ACV which are of course disappointing, but not unexpected.

I have already expressed my views on this matter and won't be commenting any further at this time other than to say that l have received many expressions of support from Trust members and from what l have seen on social media, not all those involved in the Trust share Daniel’s opinions.

Hopefully, he consulted the members before submitting the application, although my experience to date has shown that this has not always been the case.

As it stands, l cannot see the club working in tandem and harmony with the Trust going forward, but we will continue to work with the Bolton Wanderers Supporters Association, who we have found to be far more supportive and helpful in trying to assist the club in its quest for financial stability and success on and off the field.

Full statement here on Nuts -

I said previously the trust and its supporters are enemies of the football club. I stand by that. Ban them from the ground.

If they were truly representative then that might be one thing. But an unrepresentative clique of anti-business anti-owner tools blocking the owners is something that needs crushing.

Izza is getting it with both barrels next time I see him. You can't block that, Daniel-san.

Ban them on what grounds?

On the grounds it's private property and their prerogative.Simple.

Ban them on what grounds?

It is a community asset and the community wants them to fuck off.

That's why you're my favourite

do they even go the game?

Can we just all chip in and buy the trust a PS4 and a copy of Football Manager and tell them to fuck off?

Be simpler in the long run
