Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

I believe the whole sewer rats comment was in reply to some pretty shitty personal abuse sent his way by a few posters on here. Fair game if you can dish it, then don't cry when someone give you a bit back.

Hang about, so because someone gets shit of people who may or may not post here it is OK to brand everyone on here sewer rats ?

Out of interest why have you suddenly decided to spend so much time on here ?

Probably impossible to differentiate between the two. You can't even work it back by the numbers - some put in a tenner, some put in more. For example, I know I paid a tenner for me and for my lad, but my mum put fifty quid in.

I haven't got a clue..?

That's a surprise to me, but heyho

I remember Carlos doing some digging and he was quite prominent raising motions put to the vote at the first bwfcst AGM

All three were voted down

Fancy that people having different views. If you don't agree then just let it wash over you

There's a difference in holding personal beliefs and peddling insane paranoid nonsense on the internet.

That's a surprise to me, but heyho

I've seen your twitter account,  yeah :)

oh Josh, it looks bad when your website certificate expired 6 weeks ago.

Especially as you've previously been hacked.

it looks, and I don't mean this the wrong way,  but amateurish.

Well we are amateurs... but that situation should be resolved by the end of this week....

I know who you mean now...I remember his and that Simon Nightingales motions... but I don't know him..I think.he actually used a proxy to put his motions forward

You have a website. That people enter personal & potentially financial details on, the certificate has expired by six weeks, and you say its ok, it will sorted within a week.

And you wonder why people have trust issues with your organisation ?

ziggy, its your area of expertise

its not mikes, so prob not fair to dig at him

on the other hand, maybe izza et al should wind their necks in for now and spend the time they are giving up for trust issues to get a proper, professional structure in place

i think most would agree that they are miles off being an organisation that could be involved in running a business like bwfc

No personal data is held on the website... its merely a gateway... all membership details are held on a fully secured third party platform (not sure if its something like fresh books) but we still need the ssl sorting...but if you know anything about this type of thing ...its been a nightmare due to the fact Jamie registered it last yr and because someone new has done it this year we've had re-apply....

Josh if as a group you can not manage to renew your website licence, why do you think you guys can contribute to the running of a multi million pound business such as BWFC ?

The club is in a mess we all know that, BWSA are a voice for fans

I am still not sure what the ST offer.

I've known breezeblock since he was a 17 yr old kid who started one of the first fanzines at bwfc..in fact I met through that fanzine, I used to advertise in it....

I haven't seen or spoke to him though in a couple if your though... so I wouldn't know his opinion on Ken or rich People owning football clubs, haha

TBH ....I know quite alot of people through this club but I haven't got a clue what there politics are.. neither am I bothered...

We currently have around 6800 members with nearly 3500 shareholders...I very much doubt they all fit into your category...

I'd love the rich guy at Man Citeh to sack them off and bring his toys over to the Macron play here...

I don't give a toss where ken lives...more to the point...does it bother you that I live in Wigan...?

Thank you for the answer, honest and complete.

A suggestion, I think the trust would get a lot more people on side if it put out a statement saying that it wants to support the club, and Anderson in his endeavours. That it supports his direction of travel and will do what it can to assist. And place on the record that it is not a vehicle to oppose the ownership nor does it support the views of people who do so. That can be balanced against the Trust independently acting in what it believes is the best interest of the club and its supporters.

Personally think that such a statement would hugely help the image of the trust in the eyes of supporters. And should further issues arise with the club people may be more sympathetic. The trouble is that there are clearly a group of fans and more crucially members who want the trust to be waging a civil war against the club and owners. These people are also sadly the most vocal. The trust have probably exacerbated this view with some of their own statements and actions that have possibly been unfairly judged against that backdrop. However, impressions are important. And such a statement would I feel improve the situation no end.

And keep off Twitter?

I'm not sure the Trust could make that type of statement given the disagreement regarding the AVC. I'm backing KA on taking club forward but not at the expense of supporting him in the removal of the ACV. Ken must either put money in or find some other way to fund the club or try to pass it on to someone who can.

Would you like to point out just where I've said we as the ST want to run or help run BWFC...?

I've spent all last night and most of today on here answering all your question trying to set the record straight on a few untruths and misconceptions about the ST and the board.. but I can see now the real questions are drying up so I'll take my leave....

Like I've already said...there are one or two posters on here who have known me for a long time...I'd hope they will vouch that I'm a straight talker...what you see is very much what you get...I've tried to be honest and direct and to answer all your questions...

I hope its been helpful and given you a better understanding of what the trust is all about...even if it hasn't converted you..

but we really are lifelong supporters just like you...we might have different opinions...but we only want whats good for bwfc and to ensure there is still a bwfc here for our kids and grand kids when we are long gone......

I don't mind coming back here from time to time to answer your real concerns... Mounts has my number

Cheers...

I think you've done a fine job despite the odd crank, myself included. Well done on not rising to Sluffy's bait either.

Appreciate the time and effort you have put in, giving the Trust a more human face (and what seems a decent attitude to it) is the single most positive thing I have seen from the Trust.

If the Trust does not want to be involved now or in the future in running the club I am sorry I do not understand what the Trust is there for, sorry if I have missed the point.

I think you've done a fine job despite the odd crank, myself included. Well done on not rising to Sluffy's bait either.

What bait would that be as I've deliberately not posted at all today, so not as to look confrontational?

Don't forget the only reason Josh even posted yesterday was to call you out as a LIAR.

There's a number of things that I could have taken issue with but I'll leave you with this one -

The trust is opposing the lifting of the ACV because of what exactly?

Is it because Anderson is selling the ground -

KA hasn't revealed why he wants the AVC lifting... so not too sure he wants to sell the ground...

So it isn't clearly for that reason then.

Don't you think as a body you say wants to support the club, ask a simple question as to what his reasons for lifting the ACV are then?

Maybe if you actually asked him and found out what they were you might possibly understand his reasons for the request and even agree with them?

Instead it looks as though you are just opposing him automatically without even knowing why you are doing so - then spin the reason to everyone else that its because you don't want us to be another 'Coventry' - and scaremonger everybody else in to thinking Anderson is selling off the Macron!

The simple truth is you're opposing Anderson over the lifting of the ACV - yet admit that you and the ST have absolutely no idea why he is seeking the ACV to be even lifted.

I can't believe nobody at the ST hasn't even asked him!?

Unbelievable.

Yet still you're objecting.

Why?

Out of malice to Anderson perhaps?

What other reason can there be?

Edited by Sluffy

Good grief. It has been said a million times that Ken won't tell them his reasoning. Relentless.

Your clutching st straws fella. The trust asked Ken he's not responded maybe he knows fans might not like the answer, in the press he says it's to raise money maybe he wants to sell the stadium maybe he wants to buy it himself and rent it back to BWFC who knows. The fact of the matter is we shouldn't be allowing KA to just about do anything with the club unless it's in the clubs best interest and if he wants the AVC lifting its time he detailed his intentions if it was lifted.

I thought I'd answered this question... ? I think he's done a brilliant job.... I neither like nor dislike him... I don;t even know the man...although I'm not too happy that he's attacked Daniel on a personal level in his Chairman's notes...a bit naughty and uncalled for really...

Daniel or the trust for that matter have never been personal to Ken in any way....

unfortunately we and the club are on different sides of the track when it comes to the ACV... it doesn't mean we're against the club or anti-Ken... it just means we have different opinions on the value of having the ACV in place...

Young Daniel never misses a chance to attack Kenneth so surely he is ok to fight fire with fire

Would you be able to set up an open meeting ?

You answering questions is the first step to building the bridges and without blowing too much smoke up ya I think you come across well
