Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Meh, not much really. He was only on for a brief moment. It was difficult to get beyond Jim's White's brown nosing and buddy tones.

Not sure if this has already been covered

Mike, why did you say you wasnt going to be a board member, then ended up a board member?

Didn’t he say that they didn’t have enough candidates to fill the roles so some had to go back in the positions or the trust would collapse?

Indeed he did, on behalf of both himself & Ian.

Their board application forms are online *, Ian's is dated 10 days before the closing date of applications ** , and whilst Mike's isn't dated it includes the statement it reads as if this something that he is not exactly reluctant to do.

** In the interests of fairness, the three dated applications are dated after this date.

Read Iles' review - thought it was quite interesting

I had to laugh when Eddie suggested/blamed Ken/Dean for the embargo, nought to do with him obviously or even a slice of blame

Did Eddie say why he blamed Ken for the embargo

It was the situation, in taking so long to sort holdsworths mob out that I think it was blamed on

Did he remind everyone that he sold the club to Ken and Dean. Or was that conveniently airbrushed out?

He didn't mention his tax bill either :)

He's a cunt.

For reference, a week later and the SSL certificate is still unrenewed.

They're all cunts

certificate is 52 days overdue.

did deloittes resign or did we go for the cheaper option?

i know they felt unable to sign off the going concern bit of the accounts, but didnt remember them jacking us in

and seeing as we are still here, does that mean they were overly cautious?

or that KA is some sort of miracle worker

Any one who thinks the club would be in a safer position by removing the AVC is a mentalist.

Until I hear what they want to do I'd have to agree

K.A. been asked that question and wont answer it.

Its an ACV ????But bar the local pub they aren't worth the paper they are written on

It won't stop the sale of the ground.

Not that I think that's on the agenda anyway like.

like ive said many times before, despite the trust lies, the ACV does not prevent a sale of the ground

The ACV just means that the sale has to be made public essentially, which is why I am curious why Ken Anderson thinks it stops him from getting outside investment
