I agree this shouldn’t go further, but you can’t honestly believe I was going to post your number in phone boxes? It was a throw away comment made in jest because you were using homophobic slurs against posters on here. I knew it would wind you up to refer to your number being a well known gay hot spot, even though it was very evident that would never happen.

You were the one who then escalated it to ridiculous, threatening levels, suggesting you knew where I work and my family lives. That was totally uncalled for.

I don't follow the thread on him. Last I heard he was being courted by UKIP but in the published list of candidates he is Independent. Maybe you already knew that - I certainly didn't.

Unless he was top pick for UKIP he stands more chance of election on his own ticket. 11.11% of the votes would guarantee a seat, but a lower figure could likely get in.

This makes sense for him.

I'm not sure these messages are doing anything to de-escalate matters, which I thought is what you wanted (and which I agree, makes sense). If nothing else, I'm getting bored so I feel for everyone else who has to wade through this crap.

However, to put a few things straight:

(a) If you re-read my post, I said you were using homophobic slurs against other posters, not me. Have a look back through your posts and every few weeks (if not more often) there is something in there from you calling someone a puff, a faggot or other similar term in a derogatory way. That's what I was referring to.

(b) You mentioned my home, which is where my family live. It's a level beyond simply where I work, which was bad enough.

(c) I didn't make any direct threat. A direct threat would have been me saying "I have your number and I am going to put it in phone boxes in soho". As I said, it was a throw away comment of "perhaps I could" that was so obviously not an actual threat that you even asked, in the very next post, is that a threat? I saw no need to answer the question because it was clearly not intended that way.
