Its not for last season

Someone will invest and deal with this at the same time as they took over or invested in the club. Problem is KA knows that with this the club isn't as valuable and we still lose c9m a year so he needs to get this sorted first and the loan away so that he can maximise his return when it's sold

Basic business sense. If he didn't have the where with all to sort the loan he wouldn't still be here. My guess is he does he's playing hardball with them

And as soon as it's sorted investment comes in which I'm guessing is lined up and it will net ken a tidy sum

Personally. And why the hell shouldn't it

Only my guesses though

Its not for last season

That will be why footballing income didn't drop then!

That's what you get reading a set of accounts on a phone screen

The really startling thing about the Deano takeover is that although he appears to be clueless in a real business sense (opposite of Ken Anderson) he was allowed to proceed by Eddie Davies when others were cast aside as deemed not fit & proper.

Anyway might be a while before thembargo's lifted .

Good effort by non-sweaty Ken though.

Filing of accounts only one step and they're no worse than expected. The forecasts that accompany them to the EFL will be critical and I believe that ken will get the embargo lifted although we will remain under close scrutiny and with some restrictions and stipulations that could see the embargo reinstated if we don't comply with them and hit our forecasts

Kane ...

Who is gazza Compton?

I can't see that lifting of the embargo will make much difference to us at the moment. Any money that does come in will surely go towards paying off the Bluemarble loan & paying our current wages & running costs.

I don't understand much of this, but isn't the blue marble loan to deano's bwfc/sport shield company, which is still ongoing in the courts, and as such isn't owed by the club?

Now unless ka is putting some away for a 'rainy day' if shit hits the fan and the club end up having to pay it (or at least part), surely income now will be used just to finance the club. Given the wage bill has been reduced massively, and we have signed a number of new players, it suggests we are already on a much more sustainable level of operating.

Ken is more likely to pay off BM loan from own resources if he gets the embargo lifted as he can then move the club forward as he wishes and then get outside investment as well which the appetite for with an embargo will be limited I would imagine.

Plus very rare I would imagine all transfer fees are paid up front nowadays even at our level but that aisle we can look to bring in free transfers whereas at the moment we're restricted by numbers

The "blue marble" loan terms are actually the terms set by Sport Shield Bwfc Deano's company they might not necessarily mirror Blu marbles terms to Sport Shield BWFC ......

I don't understand the ins & outs either, but my take on it is that Holdsworth has no chance  of paying off the loan but by securing it against the ground, it will end up having to be paid off by the club.

Also, KA seems to be hinting that investors are being put off putting money into the club because they don't want to get lumbered with paying for the loan.

Either way, i hope that Holdsworth isn't able to walk away with around £1m for err "expenses" & the wages he took out, while leaving the club stuck with paying off his loan.

So Deano paid £1 for the club then took a shitty loan out against the clubs assets before paying himself £1m in fees out of the same loan

It's like a lottery millionaire raffle win that

One things for sure, like the majority of clubs unless you get lucky you need someone willing to put their own money in to make it work, not taking a million out

Can anyone figure out how much Deano's loan will end up costing at 24% Apr?

How many clubs would provide full documentation of accounts out of interest? I'm very impressed that Kenneth had laid it all out for us.

Helps pile the pressure on Deano no end, as shrewd as move as it is transparent.

Fuck knows but it would probably habe been cheager from quik quid

Its slightly ambitious to think the embargo is going soon. Until the Blumarble thing is sorted it will remain and seems like that is going to drag on well into August.

Kens a good lad but that's more down to company law and accounting standards than him

there seems to be a lot more info than previous years even when we were a public company

Are we that far away from sorting this out:-

Ken gets the community order taken off the assets of the club.

Packages the debt including blue marble, car park and Brett loan into a more manageable payment method secured against the total assets of the club.

Ken pays for DH's shares  of which Deano pays for his part  of the loan (1 million) plus interest.

Ken owns the club and it is now ready for investment.

Only stumbling block is Deano's part in settling this.

I notice in all this Holdsworth has never tried to defend himself or explain his role. Unless he has no defence of course, in which case the sooner KA and the club are rid of him the better. From the outside it just looks like Holdsworth was just using the club to raise money for himself.

Don't think anything can happen without BM being paid off first. And there still seems to be dispute over some of that loan. BM have the debt secured against club assets and also have to approve any transfer of shares from SSBWFC.

Before Ken can do anything the BM debt needs settling. Which is what he's trying to do. But I think isn't prepared to pay off in full considering Holdsworth seemingly pocketed £1M and secured that against the club.

Was there any player sales included in these accounts?

yeah

cant check now but think it shows about 1.5 million

holding?

ream and odelusi, not holding
