Can you be “outed” if everyone already knows it’s true?

Swap “outed” for “confirmed” and you’re spot on.

Yep, makes sense

Reform is the worst choice to make IMO. Politics of division which allows racist and bigoted views to fester.

Politics of division? Looking at the demographics, we ain’t seen nothing yet. Let’s see what it’s like in 20 years.

What do you think it'll be like in 20 years?

Do we think the little tinker is referring to everyone's favourite topic of immigration. Surely not 😯

It was everyone’s ‘favourite topic’ 20 years ago.

Ffs. Let's all vote Labour because everyone else is a thick racist twat who is an imbecile.

I'm far from thick - I'm a qualified accountant.

I see nothing in Labours manifesto that will get employers employing.

Personally, I'm likely to drop clients because my tax liability will make it not worth while.

Fortunately, I have a few quid so don't need to subsidise the state.

Oh, how many folk have crashed a bounceback loan and moan - you've caused it. How many swindled in covid, you caused this

Of course. Nothing to do with Brexit or the Conservative government. Those pesky Remainers and Labour have caused it all.

Ray Babbitt was good with numbers too.

Can I ask you a question about the Labour tax evasion plans and how they plan to close the tax loopholes. How do you think it will it affect self employed people? The IFS said that it was the main area of evasion but Labour were not forthcoming with the details. I was self employed for over 20 years but as a sole trader.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from Wways, it’s that not all self employed people pay MAD MAX 🙂

I watch C4 News quite regularly and the "poetry" of it all appeals to me... every time Kristen & Co challenge a Tory politician they get the defensive "we know you are out to get us" line... then C4 go and give their Leader a big lifeline in the final week's run in... Sunak actually came across as a wronged human being yesterday... You can't make this stuff up!

This is true. It’s a grey area but there is a difference between the odd cash job and wholesale tax and NI avoidance.
This is the comment from the IFS I was talking about reviewing the Labour manifesto (forget the others, they don’t matter)

"Maybe," said Mr Johnson, but he added that none of the manifestos "make much of the fact that on official estimates most of the shortfall in what HMRC collects is not from big, faceless conglomerates but from the self-employed and small businesses".

You dont have a clue pal.

I'm on the front line. Respectfully, you are wrong

Made me laugh that Farage’s response was ‘boycott the BBC, it’s their fault’.

Imagine voting for that shower.

I’m not sure being an accountant is the front line pal.

Not to disrespect your job or it’s importance 👍

Claim of the century that.

Almost as funny as voting for Nigel because he did well in the Jungle.

Right then, I'm half cut but I'll teach class a lesson.

The country is goosed without money in its pocket.

Hmrc is the people in charge of getting money in its pocket.

Sept 23 until Feb 24, hmrc would not speak to accountants about self assessment - well guess what we we were doing?

The amount of 'work from home' is a fuckin disgrace. No wankers who have shafted bounceback loans are getting investigated because Brenda wants a brew while the phone rings.

Labour are going to try to shaft richer people. They will cheat more. Tax in take has always been higher when people feel ill pay my fair share.

I can't be arsed. I could go on for ever. Why should I want to. I've done years of training to know from tax laws why I'll never vote Labour.

8 years left in me then live off isa and pay no tax. Enjoy the dry bumming

Thought this hefore amd ill say it again, WW has lost another becuase I can't be arsed with you twats

There are over 124,000 businesses turning over a £1million a year. I just used £1 million as an arbitrary figure. There are many, many more. 120 ain’t that many.

Are the other 123,880 endorsing the Conservatives or Reform?
