1) fully agree with breaking up these gangs however it’s a problem across Europe, I don’t think it’s just a case of us having talks with other countries as it seems apparent across the board. 
 

2) let’s say 1k legal ones get processed a week. Where are we accommodating them?

I agree, we probably do need a deterrent, but it ought to be legal and manageable, the Rwanda deal doesn't seem to be either. It'll never happen, and even if it does, it's probably not a big enough deterrent.
