He's also been doing the same thing for over a decade, the fishing thing only started when people started really taking the piss out of the more outlandish posts, then came the put everyone on ignore.

He's always been a daft sod with some of his posts, obviously there are the classics such as the trifle and towel and the black man at the bar, but these were quite soft in light of the posts of the last 12 months. He's swallowed the populist, post-truth world hook, line and sinker. Funnily enough I don't blame him, he was a prime cut for this political line - people like Trump and Johnson knew this and just let him stratch an itch. I don't for a moment think he's a bad bloke, its just sad to see folk across the world being used for other agendas - and creating more division than is required.

The idea that being a 'patriot' is only for the likes of Bolty, and that you have to support anything British unquestioningly is one of the things that does piss me off, time to reclaim being proud of this country from the likes of him and for other things than Spitfires and some sort of pre-colonial identity.

Honestly, Bolty has become an amusing parody worth discussion.

He isn’t rattling anyone. Remember, he’s the one getting rattled enough to hit the ignore button as soon as his “arguments” fall to pieces.

He can’t handle it, it’s that simple.

But the more screechy he becomes, the more amusing it gets.

Sometimes, it seems a bit unfair, but then I remember it isn’t.

I was in Mayfair other weekend. Gave actual cash to a barman and he looked at me like Id broken in to his house on xmas morning and pissed all over his kids.

Off to the big smoke next week gonna try that in the posh bar round the corner from where the missus is working.

The barman is a nice fella but I'm proper out of place amongst the clientele.
