Also most Pensioners are not Boomers. My 89 year old MIL certainly is not. 
 

Changing the winter fuel allowance was 100% the right thing to do. How the Govt did it was stupid. 

Going back to fossil fuels entirely would be a massive own goal.

To me it was the principle...

Not in the manifesto and hitting those who cannot go on strike such as train drivers and junior doctors.

Whether a pensioner has 10, 20, 40 or 60k per annum, it is still fixed and they can't simply do an overtime shift or earn a bonus to make up.
