Saw this story last night.

Covered by the blackbelt barrister.

He explained that the decision may be unlawful, and suggested it could be the subject of a judicial review.

Don't think it will be though as the decision has already done some of her "work" for her.

She can still apply for a visa too, though again, she may not bother.
