RONNIE PHILLIPS Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 I take it he means Mahabharat in Hindley?... It's my favourite curry house, an old Wesleyan Chapel. Anyone remember the name of the one near the sex shop on St George's Rd? That was top notch. Robert Carlysle was in one night when we were there. Sunar Gaw? Quote

captainmed Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 Spice Island, Tong Moor Road is as good an Indian as you will get. It’s a fair drive for me but in the past I’ve ordered a lot and froze it. Great food and some unusual dishes. Quote
tshape Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 Tried this and that cafe in NQ the other week. Very nice food and portion size for less than £5 for some dinner whilst shopping in Manc Went in there once and there was a rack on the wall with a good few Bolton programmes from the late 90s in it. They made a good read whilst wolfing a curry down. Quote
