You're right though - it is a literal cry for help, to get himself out of a situation entirely of his own making. Be nice to see him act like a man and take some responsibility for his own actions for once instead of blaming anyone but himself as per.

Genuinely would be concerned for his welfare if I was close to him. Looks like he's massively losing the plot. 

Does he deserve to go to jail? In my opinion no. 

Will he go to jail? Highly likely where he will then become a target of certain nut jobs.

The judges viewed that he almost did. Hence the reason he's probably going down

Judging by the comments on here and the absence on that thread, indicates most are happier with the guy getting sent down for “causing them anxiety”

1 - admissions for grooming gang victims now and for 40 years ago

2 - FGM cases now and say 20 years ago

3 - admissions for victims of acid attacks.

He's not getting sent down for 'causing them anxiety'. There is no such offence

They noted Robinson had stated “there is a reporting restriction on this case” during his Facebook live video, but later claimed to be unaware of the terms as his account “developed and changed” through successive court hearings.

Well that clears that. What about how these restriction get published? Anyone any ideas? I could live stream all day outside court without having a clue if any cases had restrictions on them.

I've just had a quick look at his leeds court stream

He's fully aware he's not supposed to be doing what he's doing

My understanding is that where a court imposes discretionary reporting restrictions, it would be done by way of a court order. That order would set out what can/cannot be reported on.

The order would be referred to in courts lists and therefore anyone who has obtained details from the court of a hearing that is taking place should also be aware of there being reporting restrictions in respect of that case. The existence of restrictions would also be published at the court itself where the hearing is taking place.
