Anyhow, nice avoidance of the question.

Well it does seem to. Some people get jail others don’t.

What the hypothetical question?

They should just throw away the key and keep the racist fool inside forever

Christ throwing away the key for his crimes. What sentence would you suggest for more severe crimes like murder, rape, child abuse etc?

Death Penalty?

24 hours on the Brexit thread should be enough punishment.

Seems fair enough.

Look foward to The A Team busting him out.

You do realise they’re on the wind up? Maybe you don’t.

What do they say about Tommy supporters and gullibility?

I suppose you're an expert on prisons now?

😉

Nah, you're right of course - these days all the incarcerated are too busy with their synthetic cannaboid and fentanyl smuggling/dealing enterprises (or ripped to the tits on said substances) to organise Kangaroo courts and summary violent justice.

After 32 years inside I feel I know a bit

How safe do you reckon he'll be inside or is it back to solitary for his own good?

Hahahaha

Nope I’m pretty sure Salford would want Life’d off

I suspect Salford wouldn’t seriously want life imprisonment handing out to someone for contempt of court, as much as the bloke is a cretin.

Maybe because he thinks he’s a racist as well? I don’t know how his mind works.

Seems like a fair punishment to me

I doubt it will stop him hate preaching long term but should shut him up for a while

Great, so now we're listening to the authoritative voice of a long-term jailbird...

Nah, I'm aware of your career, hence the wink, we had a brief exchange once about some academic paper on here years ago - you knew the author ('Football and drugs' iirc)...

What the hypothetical question?

If his 'exposing to the light of justice' antics, in regard to those already in the judicial process, had directly resulted in a mistrial or any other way for any one of those beasts to walk free - then what punishment would've been adequate for the one responsible (Tommeh)?

IF that was to have happened then a jail term would have been expected.

So we shouldn't jail participants in any acts that had the potential to cause harm but didn't; foiled terrorist plots, folk driving pissed and/or drugged up, carrying lethal weapons, attempted burglary etc.? It'd make Athywhite's job easier I suppose...

So we should jail participants in any acts that had the potential to cause harm but didn’t? Speeding, online abuse. It’d make Athywhites job quite unbearable I would think with prison over crowding. Wait a minute don’t we already have a problem with that?

So if you were a judge and someone was in front of you. Who'd already been warned that if they repeated the same action again they would likely be facing a custodial sentence. Who then repeated the same action again. You'd be comfortable letting them walk away scot free?

I wonder what the stats are for certain people in prison as opposed to their so called population in the UK ?

No wonder Cheese loves those sort of people. He probably wanks off over real events of rape and grooming, if his sick freakish rape fantasy is anything to go by. No wonder his ex fucked him off.

I’m sure you’ve  already seen examples but if not Have a look online at some of the cases where judges have let folk off with a slap on the wrists. We know prisons are over crowded should we be filling them up for crimes such as this, or would you rather see paedos, nonces, burglars etc banged up. It’s alright saying bang them all up but there doesn’t seem to be the room.

You're losing it pal. Do you want to explain what you're talking about?
