I will be amazed if at retrial there not a deal done to say he agrees to guilty plea and walks away based on time served.

Most people were saying it after he appealed against the conviction saying he had already pleaded guilty making it out as that being the be all and end all to it......though, as many pointed out, there was ample flaws in the judge’s sentencing which has now been proven.

 

If Robinson had the correct legal advice at he time… then he wouldn’t have pleaded guilty...the judges just wanted him out the way ASAP.
