That's fantastic

Great news

Missed the first half got my times mixed up as I’m over in Washington, silly goal to give away just after half time and that miss from Buckley should have got us the draw. Takeit on the Chin move on beat Brum and we will be fine.

Need Henry and Pratley back in Tuesday just hope the new manager syndrome doesn't work in Birminghams favour .

Anyway get your points for burton

I think Taylor wastes too much energy making poor runs that offer little as an attacking option but result in him being caught out of position. Without the legs to get back in we are vulnerable to a quick counter.

Lot of huff and puff today, but no end product. Alnwick made some great saves and on the counter they were dangerous.

Taylor was caught time after time.

Deserved to lose, but the other results are worrying.

Taylor was crap today, blowing out of his arse for much of the game and for the second goal just let the Leeds winger to come inside and have a free shot at goal. How did Buckley miss that header? Saying that they could have had 5. Great atmosphere though would have loved to have scored again to wipe the smug look off them bastards in the corner. Took us 2 hours to get there and one hour to get off the car park after the game, but at least we are home. Rip to the guy killed on the m62 thoughts go out to his family and friends

Thoroughly depressing day

From the biker on the M62 to the result of the gam

Worst of the lot is the absolute fucking bellends who turn out in our club’s name and behave like utter cunts because they think that they can latch on to a footy game and get away with it. Fuck em. Utter, utter cunts who deserve being stamped on. Getting fed up following us away and putting up with tbat shit. An away day should be a good day out....

I fil you pin

You feel my pain or you’ll fill me in? ????

Didn’t even make it to the game. Set off from Breightmet at 12.15 and got caught on the 62 for far too long. Would’ve made it for the 60th minute had we carried on.

Sounds like a fair result, granted not seen the goals yet. Sounds like Taylor got hung out to dry. Where was Robinson?

Definitely showed how much we depend on Henry....without him, we had that same weak as piss area in front of the defence that we had at the start of the season.

Buckley's missed chance at 1-2 could have made a difference, but Leeds had plenty chances & Alnwick was much the busier keeper, so no complaints.

Vela & Alnwick ( not sure about the 2nd goal ) were the best of ours for me.

Vela ?

Someone may have brought it up earlier but why kick off wasn’t delayed is beyond me

Police and stewards didn’t have a clue

One copper said we didn’t expect so many bolton to turn up, really we sold out days ago mate to which he had no reply

I would be disappointed if Henry was fit but rested for the cup final against Birmingham, I think Leeds was a match we could have drawn if we had "run through brick walls" as we sometimes do when Henry plays.

Disagree with MancWanderer. Leeds fans were bullying wankers  in 76/77 and especially 82/83 at Burnden Park.Someone with long memories like me thinks it great that Bolton fans have acted the cunt over there

We must have waited best part of 20 minutes to get in, a handful of turnstiles for 2,500 is a joke

Peoples tickets weren’t scanning either which didn’t help

Very tired that place now, needs a lot of investment

Not that long ago they used the place for cup semi finals

taking to Leeds fans on way back and no fucker travels to them (due to prices) think is the biggest so far to them this season.

Agre with the Henry comment and yes Leeds had some idiots but so did we in the 70s and 80s and we gave as good as we got especially on Manny road and I remember our lot giving them a right good kicking outside the King Bill, but desecrating a memorial to a young lad who died of cancer is disgraceful and damned disrespectful!

I’m guessing Robinson was out due to him having been away with the yanks.

Poor all round performance yesterday yet could have had an undeserved draw if Buckley or Ameobi took their chances. A touch fortunate to only lose by 1 though.

Really could do with beating Brum now as I’m certain the feckin Derby team who lost last night to Sunderland won’t be that bad again

I was in the Burnden Stand seats in 1983 when hundreds of Leeds fans took over the home section, Bolton fans any age and sex were fair game for some of them not just lads in the Paddock who wanted to fight with them. Not something i will forget.

Vela ?

Without Henry, Deryk was back to his worst, weak in the tackle, out of position & giving the ball away,  & Kirchoff was well off the pace of the game.

The front 3 all lost the ball more often than doing anything useful with it,

Taylor made a mess of a back pass in the 1st minute & never improved.

Vela won his tackles, mostly kept the ball & pushed us forward, nothing that eyecatching but a good effort for the team.

With so many poor individual performances it was again a credit to our team's fighting spirit that we were still competing in the game.

Junior marple was mascot a few years ago on New Year's Day.

Going in a few of their suites and in the depths below the main stand, the place is in massive need of investment.

It's a ground from yester year that needs huge investment to bring it up to date.

Their fans are yester year as well, champions of Europe my arse

we went upstairs only to be told that are seats were downstairs, when we went down we were told they were upstairs this went on for about 15 minutes. We were up and down more than a brides nighty, ended up falling out with one or two of the stewards, we got to our seats just as they scored there must have been 700 still queueing outside.
