Think it’s time you reflect on whether they are all wrong or whether perhaps you need to tailor your expectations to our situation. When he came in championship survival seemed miles and miles away. To do it in two years, however we’ve done it, means he stays. Without doubt.

I was saying this. Not quite as long as you but in 3 decades I’ve not experienced a situation where on 85 minutes I’m not even thinking of much other than drowning my sorrows and dusting off the map to league one again. I wasn’t even annoyed we’d given it everything and it just hadn’t happened.

 

5 minutes later we were winning and Preston scored meaning we only had to hold out for injury time.

 

For the first ever time watching football I had a bit of dust in the eyes. Must be blowing in from Sahara or something. To be destined for league one without any doubt and snatch it back like that is something I’ve never seen before.

Parkinson has done a brilliant job with the resources available. I really can’t see him taking us any further though. If investment is forthcoming, then he’ll have to go.

Just like Warnock, Has done a great job but someone else needs to come in to take the club forward.
