June 25, 20188 yr i think he means that tv rules rather than rules for tv without checking the times of the later games, id expect england and germany games to be at prime time only based on my perception that they are the big payers for tv rights germany on at 3pm unless specific KO times are decided after the draw, you'd be having to rig the groups to fit big teams into prime time and once you're into the 1/4s onwards, you have no way of determining who plays when anyway, and those games will have the biggest figures of the lot
