Traf rang me and offered the option of a full immediate refund or could he find us something else. 4 hours later with absolutely no effort on my behalf and I'm going to Rhodes. He's fucking ace Traf You're very welcome, mate.

Will be interesting to hear a few reports when flights resume and go from there. That escalated quickly. Traf Tours booked, 1st August for 9 nights for me, 'er, and t'lad. 4 star for less than £1,700 AI. Can't whack it (hopefully).

Stirling, Perth and Inverness for a bit busier but still stuff to explore. Portpatrick way off the usual places and it’s gorgeous. Lots to do and places to go in Scotland. Some really great places. spent many happy holiday as a teenager at crieff hydro, even now a few years later i still love visiting the place, its a fanstastic part of jockoland

July 2, 20206 yr Lad i know is in Tenerife. Arrived yesterday. Las Americas is a ghost town he’s saying. Most Bars shut most restaurants shut and nobody about. Hopefully it will pick up momentum but not sure these places will open up? Edited July 2, 20206 yr by Escobarp
July 2, 20206 yr Was looking at maybe attempting something for the first two weeks of September......then this morning, a Jury service call up popped through the letter box. It's the third time I've been called up in 10 years

July 2, 20206 yr Where's good in Greece with kids in tow (2.5 & 7). Is October half term gonna be too out of season for a warm(ish) get away?

July 2, 20206 yr Weather does start to drop off in september but crete is probably your best chance of proper good weather in october Beware though, place we go to, few miles from stalis as it happens, many businesses atm saying theyre going to sack it off for the summer

July 2, 20206 yr For any one going to Dumfries and Galloway; a coronavirus spike in the gretna and annan areas has resulted in some lock down restrictions not being lifted, so residents within certain postcodes can only travel 5 miles. Holiday makers can still go, but must adhere to the restrictions! Fucking joyous. Fortunately, I'm in a different postcode, but a bit close. I suggest folk check it out.

We spent the last 10 days of October 2019 in Halkidiki and it was glorious. I'd expect it to be even better further south. You'll need SPF40 on those chippy tits. 3 hours ago, Casino said: Pm, traf, he fired me a koutoulafari offer over the other day Cheers, mate.
July 2, 20206 yr I think some people are going to be genuinely horrified when they see how much post-COVID holidays now cost.

The story, for those not in the loop, was that I sorted Matt out with a deal that we both thought was decent, so Matt kindly recommended me to someone he knew. This person wanted a week's all inclusive, only flying on one certain date in August, for £3-400 including luggage & transfers.
July 2, 20206 yr I’m going nowhere in the short term and definitely not short haul into Europe. May look at Dominican or similar back end of the year
July 2, 20206 yr I was due to go to Dubai & Ras Al Khaimah on August 13th, but we've pulled the plug on it today and bumped it back 12 months. It's all paid for, so it's a "free" holiday next summer. Probably grab a cheeky week or two in the Canaries/Greece during the school hols instead.
