Seriously, she reaches over from the back of me to trim what it left of my hair and her tits push against either side of my back and jiggle as she trims away. She is oblivious I think which is most disappointing. The 16 year old lad fucking loves it! 😆

How much is her OAP price ?

Asking for a pensioner.

She knows what she’s doing 😂

My barber is bald with a Viking beard who got tricked into buying salt when he wanted cocaine and we spend our time talking about vegetarian recipes and travel documentaries

When I was 16 year old Saturday girl in the local hairdressers this bloke used to come in once a month. I'd have to wash his hair and the fucking noises he'd make whilst I was doing it made me gip. Deffo tickling his balls under the Cape. 🤢

Out of order that @maje isn’t that old

Had to drop my lad off at his mum’s in St Helens this morning and then go straight to the UniBolt to pick up our tickets for tonight. If eating a pie barm and a sausage roll chaser on a car park in Platt Bridge at 11.30am isn’t going to be a wake up call for me then nowt will.*

*I’ve literally just opened a bottle of Fanta in the car on the way to Hartlepool and both driver and front seat passenger could smell the vodka in it as soon as I opened it, whereas I actually think it’s quite weak (75ml vodka, 450ml Fanta), so that can serve as my secondary wake up call. Sort my shit out from tomorrow…

75 to 450 isn't strong, approx 5.4%

Try Shakshuka - breakfast or lunch dish and takes five minutes.

Windward Chilli Sauce from Home Bargains - stick your bogroll in the freezer.

Home bargains also sell a range of sauces and ketchup called "Crucials" they are all very low in sins on a slimming world plan.

Mix together a splash of Nando’s peri peri and the really low calorie mayo from Aldi. Beautiful.

Weighed myself this morning. Put on three stone since March. No wonder three quarters of my wardrobe is out of bounds. Bring back lockdown 🙃

Tremendous advice folks. Thankyou.

As trivial as it may seems its always been a huge barrier for me and tipping point over the edge. I can do the gym and stuff. Can even kick the ale. Just need sauce 🤣

Yeah, the Crucials stuff is very low cal.

didn't drink on the 1st

drank on the 2nd and 3rd

didn't drink last night

did 10k on the 3rd

been the gym today

I am gasping for a beer tonight

Ended up with a shit load of chilli sauces for Christmas. With a variety of heat.

I will be using these to make suitable coatings for chicken etc.

I'm fairly sure I read somewhere that chillies help raise the metabolic rate (fat burning) and contain other compounds that benefit the body in various ways.

Get some down you.

I've not had a drink today (yet), but I've had some for each of the previous 13 days.
