just did the questionnaire online

at the end said no, it's not for you

did again and lied about my weight

still no

guess I'm not chubby enough for it

looks like diet, booze and self discipline are my only options if I want to shift another stone or so

Think my mates questionnaire is different :D

I know a few who have, including a close relative. They won't be told though, so I'm looking forward to saying "I did try to tell you..." when their organs start failing in a few years.

You’re looking forward to saying that?

Yep. It'll be a shame for the thick fuckers, but I'm not letting that opportunity go to waste.

Mounjaro is only good if you do it properly. you can't just use it to stop eating it will fuck you right up. People jabbing away and going up doses is mental. especially when they do not have a balanced diet.

I am still losing weight on it at a slowish rate but i am only on 2.5mg. Diabetes levels are belting though. true test will be when i have my next blood test

anyone done these 72 hour water only fasts?

seem to be the popular thing atm

lad i know dropped 3kg and has kept it off

i assumed it would all go back on within 24 hours

Suppose it depends how unhealthy they are in the first place and how it balances out...

But fuck me, like you allude to, just go for a bloody jog and stop eating so much shite.

I've been on 10mg for nearly 3 months now and I've been losing about half a stone a month.

I was 15 stone 2 when I got back from Tenerife in March and I weighed in at a smidge under 12 stone this morning and due to head back out to Tenerife again on Sunday.

Oh, and I'm only a short arse at 5'7" so I shouldn't have let myself get anywhere near 15 stone in the first place!

Wowzers. How long did it take you to get to 10? I struggle now on 2.5mg

I went up every 4 weeks so 3 months.

The old recommendations were to go up every 4 weeks until you reached the maximum dose you can tolerate but they've changed this recently and now recommend you only increase the dose if it isn't providing enough suppression. I've no plans to increase and hopefully I can start to come back down the doses in a couple of months and eventually come off it.

I could probably stay on it if I wanted to but I don't particularly want to rely on it forever. The money I save not buying take aways and other shite does help me pay for it though 🤔

Retaturtide is the game changer...

Indeed. I'm not sure the folk taking it are bothered though :(

...it's wildfire at the minute and going off reports it's quicker, zero side effects (that you can feel) and it gives you bags of energy.

I'm absolutely positive they don't care. Without exception, the people I know who are going down that route are thick as fuck. Ironically, they're all anti-vaxxers too.

I hope you are eating balanced diet as it can cause huge problems if not.

Diabetes. It’s a new way of treating it and removing other medicines

Ive never eaten as much salad as I have in the last 6 months 😂

Rather than just get the medication I've gone down the full support package route so I have access to a health coach/nutritionist.

Costs a bloody fortune but it's been worth it!

Good stuff. I am scared of not getting enough nutrients as my mates recently had pancreatitis and failure due to a band
