We've got some that measure all that stuff as well. I'm not sure how accurate they are at all, but they seem to be able to tell a lot about my body mass etc, when I'm stood on them for 5 seconds

Just done this for a 49 year old who's just getting started.

Proper basic plan. Thought it maybe of interest to some.

(A drop set usually uses a lighter weight but I say fuck it go for broke and stay heavy. Basically a bonus set to absolute failure where rep amounts don't matter)

Based on 3 gym sessions a week on a 3 part body split.

Attention all chub rubbers. What shorts have we found help prevent the rub of the chub ? Need some for Chicago marathon as I don’t think I can handle many more chub rub bath pain

Do we have anyone on here taking TRT (testosterone replacement therapy)? Seems like a lot of my mates are now on it and swear by it. I’ve recently had my Tes levels tested and though I’m in the “normal” parameters I’m right at the bottom end. I think it might be time to get some.

What's the primary aim of taking it? 

General well being and energy?

Or all about the shagging and labido?

For me personally it will be the general well being and energy. I’m at that stage of my life where I’m constantly shattered, 3 young lads, long work hours shit sleep etc. The lads who I’ve spoke to who are on it have all said this side of their lives has improved massively. Obviously the labido / shagging would be an added bonus 😄

Boxers or actual shorts?

Started wearing Step One boxers at the beginning of the year when I started running again because I spent more time untangling my owd ones than running. They're great.

Either or really. I’ve ordered a pair of them Step one now. They seem a popular choice. Weirdly as I lose more weight I seem to have more problems with chafe
