There just has to be some major downside to them, but thus far I've not seen many.

Was at the kids footy last week and half the mums are now skinny and bang on em.

Apparently they just stop you craving stuff and you just don't fancy eating.

That chase of dopamine by eating something nice or naughty is nullified.

It's fucked up.

Is that not  the same as WIZZ

That’s when you don’t get your nutrients etc. you need to hit calcium and protein targets

Oh aye from a medical POV they are unbelievable. If it can tackle obesity and diabetes etc then that can only be good.

But I'm seeing more and more folk on em. My mate knocks em out for £140.

(English not Albanian 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿)

I've not seen anyone on the other side of em yet, ie when they stop. Do they balloon up again like coming off fad diets?

I think they probably will if they have just blasted it. I’m on the lowest dose and they want to double it next month but I don’t feel hungry now. Hopefully I stay the same

All fun and games when it's British lads piling into the coke innit. Funny how you're bothered about some 'international crime rackets', but celebrate others as a bit of a laugh... 🤔

My brother-in-law did The Bob Graham Round over the weekend. A 24 hour non-stop run around the Lake District, the mad bastard. Think he went slightly over the 24-hours, but still a fucking impressive feat.

Done a regime of sorts over last 8 weeks

More exercise, more running, more walking, drank less, ate better, even started using protein powder, been a proper shift in mindset towards getting fitter and keeping it that way

Lost 4kg, body fat down from 25% to 20%, otter muscle and random measurements all up

Metabolic age 39 which I'm more happy with as I'm 48

All good

Now I'm off to Lanzarote for 10 nights to ruin all the good work

Great work pal.

I just started wearing my fitness watch.

Told me I spend all day in stress mode, need to take a break and don't sleep enough with very little to none at all deep sleep each night.

Rather not know :D

Where do you go to get your metabolic age tested?

gym has this peice of kit, you stand on some scales and hold this thing in your hands and it scans your body, or something

annoying thing is the guy at the gym forgot to note down my age at the initial weigh in so I don't know if it's come down or by how much, but will presume it has

There's erm mixed opinions on the accuracy of bio-impedance analysis. Can be skewed by various things. Amount of water in the body for example.

Those bodytrax things tell you how much water you've got in your body and even your bone density.

Fuck knows how it does it or even if its right.

They are a fantastic bit of kit.

@jayjayoghani has a point but unless you are talking elite level athletes they are perfectly good tools for measuring progress over time.
