The obligation remains but the accounts for 17/18 were due on the 31st March and are still outstanding. It is in the interest of both the Administrators and any new owner to get them agreed and filed asap - and yet Anderson still has the responsibility until we are either liquidated or there's a change of ownership. Obviously HMRC are being tolerant given the circumstances.

Key date for me is the 7th June as it's the final day for bids to be submitted (by 4pm) and we should hear something within a few days of that both on ownership and the accounts.

So have any of the mods replied in regards to whether or not Howard is banned & if so why ?

There are lots of bullshit merchants on here, and he / she was an interesting contributor at this moment in time in regards to new ownership etc. whether you agreed or not - what's wrong with asking whether he / she is now banned, and if so what for.

I have no idea but Howard was also accusing people on a public forum of being a wife beater. 

So he is a PR guru who when criticised goes down that route. Pretty sure Happy said anyone posting libellous comments would be banned.
