Think there is a bigger picture to all this though, how a dodgy bankrupt owner can sell to another, and one who has already fucked another EFL club over... and the EFL sit back and allow it.

It's clear that with Anderson, Bassini (last time), Oystons etc.. that the fit and proper test means fuck all.

Plus, if what Nixon is saying is true, then Bassini went to the league yesterday so would all be done by now,.

IF he has the money then the rest is irrelevant. To keep the club going requires a large investment. If he has it and we survive....isn't that enough for now?If he doesn't have it that is when there is a big problem.

Didn’t Howard deny that Bassini is taking over yesterday & hes bascially Anderson fed this news to try get more money out of this mistery buyer?

It's enough if it gets us passed court.. but is it the right option? Certainly not. Especially when there are more feasible, longer term options on the table.

No, providing Ken pays the loan off by April 2nd, they have no input unless he wanted to do a deal with them

As I have said numerous times, until the 2nd of April Ken can sell to whomever he wants, realistically this is the individual/group that offers him the most money. 

This individual or group would need to prove the funds to pay off the debts in full (in effect match the debt payment promise of the mystery buyer) plus KA's money, plus sufficient funds to take the club forward. 

Until April 2nd this is solely KA's decision. 

That being said, the EFL could reject the FPP of another buyer if they are adamant that the mystery buyer is going to complete. What they cannot do is reject a prospective owner, no matter how bad, if the only alternative is liquidation.
