Given Basinni's track record and the offer from Horward's consortium, it would be astonishing if the EFL ratified the deal, even by their loose standards.

I'm also not convinced that he'll have the funds. So, it comes as no surprise that Horward's lot aren't going to get drawn in to a bidding war.
