If Bassini takes over and your version of events is true it means he has gazumped the buyer you are referring to. Which given the numbers involved seems unlikely. Either Bassini has hundreds of millions from being bankrupt 5 years ago or something isn’t quite right here.

That frees up £2.5M extra, maybe more considering that land is worth £6-£8M 

Note- “intends to clear debts within weeks” means to do deals with creditors to reduce costs.

I cannot for the life of me see anyone wanting to deal with Bassini given his record, I reckon it’s all bull myself

@bwfcfan5 he put in the telegraph he made all his money from selling properties, I dont believe for one minute he’s made that amount of from only being bankrupt a few years ago

But why would moonshift do a deal with him when they can just sell to your mystery buyer and have their debt settled immediately? Doesn’t add up.

But how will that work with the Davies debt? Your bidder owns that debt now so surely no deal by Tuesday they will take Ken’s shares and then get the club? Surely kens got to sign the deal over the weekend and pay off all debt before Tuesday?

Moonshift won’t be doing a deal with him? 

He pays KA who then pays Moonshift, they don’t get a say. 

That still leaves £20M + to negotiate on. 

I have long said it was £10M to remove KA, if Bassini has that then he can take control.

That’s not true. They can offer more. What you are suggesting here is that Bassini has the money that nobody else is prepared to offer. That does not fit at all.

Also a point on other creditors. 

A new buyer/owner gives them hope of full settlement rather than getting pennies by pushing for liquidation. That doesn’t mean they will get paid in full, but it buys time. 

Effectively that means he probably needs to settle KA, HMRC and Macron.
