Doesn’t add up.

Your bidder owns that debt now so surely no deal by Tuesday they will take Ken’s shares and then get the club? Surely kens got to sign the deal over the weekend and pay off all debt before Tuesday?

Doesn’t add up. Moonshift won’t be doing a deal with him? He pays KA who then pays Moonshift, they don’t get a say. That still leaves £20M + to negotiate on. I have long said it was £10M to remove KA, if Bassini has that then he can take control.

Correct KEN CAN DO WHAT HE LIKES UNTIL 1700 on 2ND APRIL. Neither my buyer or Moonshift can influence it.

That’s not true. They can offer more. What you are suggesting here is that Bassini has the money that nobody else is prepared to offer. That does not fit at all.
