That’s not true. They can offer more. What you are suggesting here is that Bassini has the money that nobody else is prepared to offer. That does not fit at all.

No I’m saying my bidders have had a bid in for 9 days, they won’t move on it because they don’t need to, nor why should they?

Bassini is offering KA more, not the club or its creditors.

The EFL need to fuck him off over the fit and proper owners jobby, Howard's lot are the only bid left.

Simples.

does the efl favour youre bidder to bassini?. is it possible they still may reject him in favour of youre bidder

What I would say is that Bassini has a truly terrible surprise coming, there’s no way he can have done a forensic audit and determined the TRUE debt value

Aye but if he's right with Bassini, then Nixon,  a bloke you've criticised several times, will have named the new owner while you were still dropping hints about your alleged mystery buyer. I reckon he'd have proper mugged you off there.

Any road, let the bean counters fight it out amongst themselves. I'm more interested in tomorrow's game.

Duck Egg - that’s an apt name..

Howard

The Dark Horse Bid team is still out there and a lot of people have put a lot of work in getting it across the trustees desk . In my opinion from limited knowledge I would say they better represented the Interests of the supporters of BWFC

What is the attraction to Bassani who to me is more of  a Peter Ridsdale , serial chairman type character,  in Bolton Wanderers than say Blackpool that is also up for sale and could be got for  a fraction of the price as it is currently in administration or indeed any other football club.

You're sounding like you think Bassini is going to get it done. Changing your prediction to Bassini now or sticking still?

The club has no value, assets once discharged and sold/ refinanced have more value (Brett’s land, car park etc)

Refinance, pay a handsome bonus, administration, sound familiar?

I have faith in the right thing being done.

Howard never said his side couldn’t be gazumped but I reckon he’s surprised ken appears to have found a big enough whopper to do it. The systems fucked!

Or has ken paid a whopper to do it?

Or is it all bollocks.

Anyway, I'm winning euromillions soon and I'm going to buy it.

£100m+. No problems.

Whack it all on a Bolton win tomorrow at about 6-1 and the job's a good un

Just worth noting, due to payment restrictions (CHAPS only available Mon-Fri) any deal that requires a fund transfer of over £100-£150k would have to wait until Monday.
