If Howard is correct, the other bidders just have to wait it out until the loan on the shares are due, if Basinni has the money then they get it, but if they don't and they are being used to up the price they just wait until the shares are taken of Ken and move on from there

To reiterate, KA has always had until 2nd April to sell to another party, my party have a bid in, this bid has been the same for 9 days, if another buyer gazumps then so be it, but I wouldn’t have been wrong.
