Maybe Garty's definition of tyre kicker, as a lifelong fan was slightly different to sweaty Ken. 

I'll spell it out. Phil and Eddie didn't want to sell to any fucking chancer. It was only when Ed had no other choice that he sold. 

Ken, who 'funded' our oversaw promotion from league 1 and probably one of fans best days ever v forest last year, couldn't give a shit about the club in all honestly and will sell to whoever he can get the most cash from. Will sell to anyone who has the cash. 

He doesn't have the same emotional connection Ed, pg, me or you have to the club and we shouldn't think he ever will have. 

Get this out there now... Bolton wanderers will never be owned by a multi millionaire fan boy made good. 

Most clubs now are the same. It's football!

Why would a creditor who previously believed they would be paid in full accept a lower amount on account of KA getting more cash? The point I was making was that a new owner creates optimism amongst creditors about getting more than in liquidation, but that’s only a ploy to stop them chasing through the WU order currently in a place.

What about Bassini offering Ken more money? Is that a fact?

Is that essentially irrelevant though if they don’t meet the other creditors expectations?

Sad fact is between the two of them they were supposed to have £7.5m to satisfy Ed. Looks like they had Blumarble's pay day loan and buttons between them.

It seems he has Sir David Richards and John Williams onside and if he has then I think there is more to his bid than meets the eye, these 2 wouldn’t put their name to just any bid.

Look at this way 

Mystery Bidder Package- £28M- £40M for debt & £2M for Ken 

Bassini Package- £8M for Ken’s debt, £4M for Ken’s pocket and then the vague hope of doing deals with creditors, they haven’t even reached out to them..... yes a creditor could keep issuing WU orders, but that is just a moral victory, you don’t actually get paid. Bassini’s kind pray on the hopes and  fears of those in debt, a bit like KA did to Blumarble

But if you’re Ken you’re going to take £4M over £2M.

How about Bassini pays Ken £16m for 50% of the club, Ken then pays the more pressing debts and the two scamps run the club together?

Put quite simply, unless he’s fronting for somebody (and let’s be honest, why would they pick him?) he cannot have access to the £30M-£50M he would need. 

You just cannot go from double bankruptcy to £50M in post tax funds inside 5 years, especially without a LTD company for 3.5 of those 5 years.
