Just worth noting, due to payment restrictions (CHAPS only available Mon-Fri) any deal that requires a fund transfer of over £100-£150k would have to wait until Monday.

Is that you checking out for the weekend as there's nowt new likely to happen until Monday?

What if Traf with a tan only deals in suitcases full of used notes.

Other than another ‘agreement’ I wouldn’t imagine so.

£10m in cash might require a couple of suitcases

You're sounding like you think Bassini is going to get it done. Changing your prediction to Bassini now or sticking still?

I don't think she sounds like shes saying bassini is going to get it

Its not just Ken who needs paying, it's all creditors as she has been saying for a fortnight

This is exactly as I read it as well. Court adjourned based on all creditors being paid. This isn’t what is proposed here so fail To see how it gets through.

possible ken is trying to piss off howies buyer and then claim this sweaty Italian is the only show in town

I get the feeling the over use of "she" is a bit of a smokescreen.

Howard's obviously a bloke, otherwise she'd have shown her tits by now.

Just how “he/she/they/insert pronoun” said Bassini has a terrible surprise coming. Wouldn’t be a terrible surprise unless they actually bought it and realised they didn’t have as much money as they thought.

and secondly the comment on Bassini offering Ken Anderson more personal money.

I get that creditors were promised to be paid off in full but surely if Bassini can come to another arrangement that satisfies them, that would also be a plausible outcome?

anyway Howard said they think the right thing will be done. And I imagine that means it’s Howard’s buyer still on course. So hopefully he’s right.

wont find out till Tuesday anyway...

The terrible surprise is £12M more debt than stated.

Why would a creditor who previously believed they would be paid in full accept a lower amount on account of KA getting more cash? The point I was making was that a new owner creates optimism amongst creditors about getting more than in liquidation, but that’s only a ploy to stop them chasing through the WU order currently in a place.

The more I ponder this Bassini stuff, the more it’s the press latching on to Nixon today and making it bigger than it perhaps should be.

Ken has used his dodgy mate to front a ‘imminent takeover’ so it kicks Howies team into play to do the deal sooner than the 14 day deadline and pay more. Howies team won’t budge because they know it’s bollocks, and are standing firm until 5pm on Tuesday.

It’s all a game of poker from KA, to get the bidding war he craves.

come 5pm on Tuesday, Howie’s team slide in, nick his shares and job done.

fingers crossed anyway.

Or to summarise, it's a load of bollocks.

Correct.

Have a bonus emoji (there's fucking loads of em, I'm giving em away)

Certainly think that’s very possible.

Where has this 12 million extra debt come from?
