She did settle with Epstein under a NDA when she was much younger. Think she took half a mill. 
If she does take another payout that’s her right but I think it will offer her little compensation in ways of what she will have to live with.

Think it’s a dangerous precedence to just assume that anyone coming forward is doing it for the money (not that I’m saying you’re doing that at all I see your point)

FWIW I’d like to think she’s doing it to set the bar and say no matter who you are you can’t and won’t get away with this, billionaire or royalty and anyone who has done this in the past the law is coming for you, and not just she got diddled so break out the reddies.
