Doubt he'll attend. Settlement incoming I reckon.

She’s said she doesn’t want a settlement hasn’t she?
wants her day in court
not sure he can be forced to attend in any case ?
No way on earth he will but if it goes ahead what is said and revealed will obviously be headlines and make his already bad reputation worse , he’ll be dragged through the mud

Doesn’t want the payment

It’s not a criminal trial either so I don’t think he has to, it’s The Royal family name being dragged through the mud which will cause the most damage

She's taken money before, and it still talks.

I know she's said she wants her day in court, but when it comes down to it, what can they do apart from find in her favour and award damages?

A civil case doesn't convict anyone like a criminal one.

Maybe to have him guilty even if it’s just civil, closure for her?

The Royal family will just distance themselves even further from him. Perhaps stop him appearing in the balcony,  strip him of his titles and uniform roles.

And mumsy will pay all his legal bills.

Maybe, but a civil case has a lower threshold than a criminal one. So no guarantee that it would stick criminally had it gone that way.

In that sense, even if she wins, it doesn't mean as much.

Plenty of time yet, and depending how her legal team see things, should an offer come in, she may see things differently.

We will pay his legal bills.

What do you think the new NI rate is for? Nonce Insurance.

If she wins the civil case she will make far more money from appearing on TV programmes, radio shows and magazine articles.
Then there will be a book deal.

You’re really not that thick fromage.

Right, so everything you think is true, regardless of what the people actually involved say or do. Obviously.
