That was one of the loveliest things to ever happen. Stood in my garden sobbing like a baby! Proud to work for the NHS 👏👏👏👏❤️

It's the % growth you need to look at, not the daily numbers.

You posted last week you expected 641 deaths by today, 166 in the last 24 hours. It’s looking like your way out.

you still don't think we'll start reporting the kind of numbers Spain and Italy are at some point?

Yeah its only 87 families who have lost loved ones in the last 24 hours. Lets have a fucking disco eh?

Or several hundred families who still have a loved one

I think Mounts is just trying to stay upbeat. Can't say I blame him.

I’m not suggesting it, is every life lost is very sad and another family that have lost a loved one, but I’m just pointing out at the moment peelys figures thankfully are not as he expected last week.... yet that is.

my dad got a call from Wanderers today to check if he is ok. said gvey were contacting all seadon ticket holders over 70 to see if they are ok 👍aplogiesif mentioned elsewhere but nice touch from club

And let’s not have a go at Peelyfeet. He’s been superb and is just trying to add his own take on this and I for one have found it very informative.

He’s no stuffy, custard or fanny so let’s keep him onside and by all means challenge him but let’s not start making him out to be a doom monger to the point he stops giving his views

To be fair to peely if we see 160 plus tomorrow he’s not far off right, let’s hope deaths don’t double every day from here on in.

He might not be far off but maybe that’s a testament to the emergency services and response of the government

Little victories and all that.

2 more at Bolton :(

Correct he’s just providing us with an insight and I Think he will be first to say he hopes he’s miles adrift with his predictions /stats. One time he probably hopes he’s wrong!

Name and shame the fuckers.

I'm drawing up a list of companies who I'm going to avoid like fuck once all this is done.

Wren Kitchens, looking around seems they've been up to all sorts with people who work in loads of different roles for them.

Some talk of it tomorrow but I reckon it'll take a while to filter through.

My sister is a district nurse. Less than 10% of them in Stockport have masks and sanitizer. They’ve been told they just have to crack on...

They travel from vulnerable patient to vulnerable patient with no protection for themselves, their families, or their patients.

It’s absolute madness

The place I work sent all "non-essential" workers home this morning, but I'm half expecting to be called back in tomorrow because the Government's position is so wooly.

Unless it's essential

We're being told you don't need a mask unless someone has symptoms or is confirmed COPD. In which case you need a surgical mask. The only time you need full FFP 3 is if you're doing an aerosol generating procedure.

I'm banking on that being based on solid evidence.

That must be why nobody is entirely sure whether they should go to work or not.
