He’s been moved as a precaution. Not on a ventilator but his condition has worsened.

Hope he pulls through. Awful times.

Get well soon Boris 🤞

Dont know, read an article about him today highlighting that his weight was a risk factor so hopefully those conditions weren't mentioned because he doesn't have them, rather than it being an oversight.

Both Haha

Not as far as we know. But no reason we would know.

Mot sure asthma is a huge risk factor unless it’s serious. Being overweight apparently is bad news...according to latest studies.

Come on Boris.

She’s preggers as well

Absolutely crazy times this

Best case he recovers, he’s still going to need weeks to recover from this surely

If any good can come from this then hopefully it focuses a few more minds towards the seriousness of this virus, it really can get anyone

The list of "at-risk" groups where I work included those with a BMI of 40 or over.

Agreed. With the possibility of this taking out our prime minister, they need to enforce a more serious lockdown imminently

Get well, Boris

Somehow don’t think Boris has a BMI of 40!

I very much hope he pulls through and can make a full recovery.

Apparently, although he's in intensive care, he's still conscious and isn't currently on a ventilator. That's a positive at least.

I’m not seeing the data that experts are, but it’s hard to imagine getting real control of this whilst folk are still packing into trains and tubes.

The mayor of London has come out and said bus, tube & train drivers haven’t got PPE

Article I read had him at 5'9 and 16.5 stone. So he's about three stone shy of a 40 BMI but still far from ideal.
