Had chance to have a look around Cornish Orchards press and came through at 15% and they watered down with spring water to 8.4%. When I pressed my own came out at 9% with no added sugar. That caught out a few . Did you use the natural yeast or add a specific one? Could well have a do later this year.

May 17, 20206 yr If you're getting the big tins of Jackhammer at a £1 then you buy as many as you can possibly get because you'd shift them for double easily.

May 17, 20206 yr If anyone is that way inclined or your partners are then the Bolton Gin company stuff is decent but you might end up paying £20 for half a litre rather than supermarket offers of Gordon's pink of £25 a litre. Not enough of a connoisseur to say if it's worth paying the extra, but it's local and even some corner shops seem to be trying to promote it rather than the big brands.
May 17, 20206 yr I was leathered last night Just had an email off Amazon telling me the drum kit I bought at 12.43 this morning will be delivered on Wednesday. Not a fucking clue. Avoid bourbon, is my advice.
