I use that sort of yeast for some of my wines. Does produce quite a high level of alcohol- only big difference is I add extra extra sugar to get to a wine strength. Quote

Not enough of a connoisseur to say if it's worth paying the extra, but it's local and even some corner shops seem to be trying to promote it rather than the big brands. Quote
