Vaughan has denied the allegation from 12 years ago that he said “there are too many of you lot” to a couple of Asian lads at a Yorkshire game.

Their word against his. Problem for him is that he needs witnesses to back him up, which would almost certainly be white lads who are now likely to be terrified to raise their hands lest the mob rip them apart.

Strange that it’s just one small group of lads with an axe to grind against YCCC and none of the current Asian lads in the  England set up have experienced the same thing.

Sheep botherers they may be, but I smell a vendetta here. The racism card is the strongest in the hand.

isolated incidents should be dealt with. Repeat offenders rightly punished.
