Usually not one for tittle tattle but I think it’s a good idea. I would happily grass a ‘fellow fan’ up if I could be bothered too. 
Nobody is bigger than the club and the village idiots are tarnishing the clubs name with mindless acts of pillockism. 
The club can never do right as we say with membership scheme. A basic task that many fans struggled with. I wouldn’t worry about it. Don’t act the fool, don’t be stung like a fool.
