I remember when I got knocked down by a group of asians and sustained 3 breaks. The asians were school kids and the three breaks were my phone screen and two Greggs sausage rolls. The kids appeared round a corner at speed and a stray school bag knocked me A over T. The most painful bit was when one said 'old man down. Give him some room'. Then they asked if I wanted a teacher alerted. Talk about insult to injury.

In my humble opinion we've had too any bang average players for years and been stuck with them. Too many in and not enough out. IE and now SS have tinkered like fuck and bugger all has changed. We still don't know what our best team is. The top brass of the day have not had the confidence in them to give them half a dozen games to gel.

100% agree. One evening this week it was cold and windy etc. I usually catch a bus down to Bolton for a couple of pints and catch a bus home but I couldn't be arsed. Mrs. F. ( of last years stroke fame) said exactly that. Get out for an hour, don't get out of the habit, it wouldn't have kept you off work, or the match. Get your coat on. Didn't give me a tenner mind.
