£1.75 a pint when I started drinking in the squirell.

£5 a pint will be the average soon enough.

But it was £2 a shine back then and now about £10?

bet you were not born when you could go out with £20

At 16 i could go out with £20 easy. I'm a woman. If we want free drinks you just find your sluttiest outfit.

Bitter, Stout, IPA. Craft beers etc.

I had the Beach House Pale Ale.

About 15 different beers to choose from. Not all £3.

Think they only do one lager,

if you drink lager, then you only need one, knowing that up there it will be a good one

cheapest pint is £3.50, and note, some of these prices are for 2/3 of a pint, in some cases 1/3

Yep seems so. I bought it with other drinks so didn’t notice. Last time I went on my own it was £3. Northern Monkey do a special offer on Sundays I think. Sup up Sunday or something like that. All cask beers about £2.70.

The alliance brew is in tommys from today

That and beyond the sea

It’s at times like this where the Leigh price vacuum comes in to its own. £3.20 for a pint of Skuna lager in Bobbin micro pub on Saturday, that’ll do for me. I tend to expect £4.50-£4.80 as par for the course on an away day though, particularly as I go for the non Carling/Carlsberg/Foster’s options.
