  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

  • Anyone who thinks Starmer covered up for grooming gangs because he in some way thinks it’s ok, is off their fucking box. Hes a dull as shit, methodical legal cunt. Unfortunately, to get justice p

It was the Labour led Oldham council who voted to ask the government for a  public inquiry last July. It was rejected. I’m guessing Oldham council know more than most, including anyone on here and anyone in America

Ooo they won't like that :)

What do they know?

Probably a lot more then you.

Maybe that there was a systematic cover up to stop the public hearing that grooming gangs were allowed to flourish to avoid stoking racial tensions?

Or do you not think that happened?

Do you not think the authorities took the easy option is various cases?

What do we all know from the previous inquiry?

Why aren’t the Tories getting absolute pelters for not having another inquiry if they rejected the request?

If all this is political point scoring between parties then they can all fuck off.

This spat is taking away what actually happened.

Young girls were groomed by Muslim men and were allowed to do so because they were Muslim.

No enquiry has ever got to the bottom of it and held anyone properly accountable.

The two parties involved can fuck off, they are all part of it.

The only ones suffering here are the victims.

Too little was done, everyone were shit scared to act, and the authorities should hang their heads in shame.

Before anyone mentions Jimmy Saville or the BBC you can fuck off as well. We are talking about Muslim grooming gangs here and fuck all else.

Because Labour are in charge and they've asked for fresh inquiry under their watch.

What does it matter who's in charge? If folk are asking for it to be looked into again then so what. If you were a family member of a victim and wasn't satisfied with the first outcome ... would you not want the same?

It was after the election. Perhaps they thought that Labour would do what the Tories wouldn’t. Oldham Council didn’t believe the previous inquiry went far enough. That’s what this is all about not petty party politics

Can you imagine the shitstorm of they have a fresh inquiry and they conclude there was no racial component to it all?

Yes I did

Why are people moaning then?

🤷‍♂️

Implement the Jay inquiry recommendations FFS.

I dont have an issue with another inquiry but these things cost millions and take several years.

80% of grooming gangs are white British.

Is there a chance the parties didn’t want this to become the story here?

would an inquiry have to focus purely on Asian gangs? Because if so, that’s maybe where it gets a bit complicated.

You can’t only go after one ethnic group.

a grooming gang is a grooming gang. It’s a den of scum that needs burning in an oven regardless of its hue.

If only some of the girls had been muslims eh? Starmer and his stumps would be home free.

It's good to see the Equalities and Human Rights Commission come out in favour of a national inquiry

I've never know a poster on here get so much wrong ... Embarrassing yourself now.

Stop and think 👍🏻

It’s not about what I think

im not making these decisions

I’ve stated my feelings on this many times on here and been called a racist

there is a massive issue in the Muslim community, and it needs dealing with.

what I’m saying is that proper courts - not Twitter or football forums - proper British justice procedures cannot single out a race or religion.

lynch mobs and kangaroo courts aren’t the answer.

if there’s been a cover up then he truth will out eventually, it always does.

im as angry as anyone about it all, but the way to deal with it as we’d “like” to, simply isn’t an option.

clear?
