And poor choice of language from Chris Philp in his response too. It wouldn't be any more or less despicable if they hadn't been 'travellers' would it?

May 22May 22 Sometimes drastic measures are needed. If the legal system is dodgy, and gangs are controlling things, then it may be very difficult to make stuff stick. Even if there is evidence. Totally unacceptable here, but somewhere else that is in a terrible state, then maybe it needs looking at through a different lens.
