No. They are trading away their better (ha!) players for draft picks. They are tanking to get the #1 pick themselves. They currently have 2 x 1st, 2 x 2nd and a 3rd in both the next 2 drafts. They hope to grab another 1st for Fitzpatrick (they apparently are holding out for a 1st and 3rd). The only problem is there will be no talent to add to. 44-0 down at home, 1 second left, they call a timeout. Then they throw a INT. Of course they do. Great stadium and New York is just immense anyway. I’m in NY next month to watch the pats vs the jets also cannot wait for that

Escobarp
If you’re going to tank you may as well rebuild completely. Trade away the big earners and negotiate some draft picks like the dolphins. Steelers could well do that. They’ve lost a few stars and rapey Ben can’t have that much longer left so why not tank trade and rebuild.

The Unions point of view is that signing Bonuses are earned at the point of signing, no matter what,so he is due it in full. The Pats will argue that he lied when he signed the contract (onmmision of known upcoming lawsuits), and so it is invalid.

Members bolty58
Magical weekend for those of us with Wisconsin sympathies. Badgers were immense and the Packers at 3-0 has a nice ring to it. Highlight though has to be Daniel Jones in that Buccs-Giants game. Superb and looks like NYG have potentially found a new superstar.
