philgerrard Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 (edited) we will only get about 15,000 against arsenal at home cause its on the bbc http://www.bwfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...~971975,00.html Edited January 29, 2007 by philgerrard
HomerJay Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 if we get 15k, the only people to blame would be the fans who dont turn out. miss a league game or 2 instead. this is the biggest game of the season so far, and i for one, canny fookin wait!!!
Carlos Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I'm with Homo on this one. Our biggest enemies and critics live on national TV in a winner takes all clash. The FA Cup is their best chance of silverware this season, as it is ours. I cannae fcuking wait either. Bring it on...

Carlos Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Exactly, balls to all the petty squabbling, we need to be together for this one. Drag anyone you can down *** and lets get in them! *** sensible pricing permitting :p
no balls Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I hope the caterers piss in their tea and gob in their butties! That'll teach em!
HomerJay Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 i may even drag the missus along and treat her to a valentine pie and bovril...

johnnyonone Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Lets have it free for season ticket holders gartside!!!! or a fiver at the most- use the tv money to good use.
philgerrard Posted January 29, 2007 Author Posted January 29, 2007 GOOD IDEA FREE TO SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Burndens Bogs Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Lets have it free for season ticket holders gartside!!!! or a fiver at the most- use the tv money to good use. Yeh but haven't Arsenal got to agr.................. Oh forget it ::::::::::::::
glossopWANDERER Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 would be a good idea but the chances of arsenal agreeing are zero
Happy Wanderer Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Lets have it free for season ticket holders gartside!!!! or a fiver at the most- use the tv money to good use. Gets my vote Then the season ticket holders can get something back from theses '??5' games such as Charlton and Fulham.
Big E Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Gets my vote Then the season ticket holders can get something back from theses '??5' games such as Charlton and Fulham. quit your whinging. ??5 for all i say
tylswhite Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 anybody who has even considered not going is crazy (unless a very, very good excuse) this is a great chance to get some silverware and make history by being in 1st final at new wembley, another home game against shitbag rovers if we beat arsenal which will also be very winnable.
Guest kempo Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Fans will turn up if prices are low, if not can you blame um for watching it on TV? Anyway i'll be there.
BWFCOLINH58 Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 i have sent this to big phil...... just an idea but how about letting season ticket holders in for 10 or 15 brick( if arsenal agree ),this would help fill the reebok. otherwise sadly i can only see a gate of 12 - 13 thousand. and it would be a gesture to the s/t holders who feel short changed by the 5 pound ticket offers. yours colin hamblett
Spider Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I have sent the following to the chairman: "Phil, Charge what you like - a fiver would be nice of course - but there will simply always those wishing to whinge. Damned if you do, called a fat bung-taker if you don't. However, should we get a full house, please ensure the barstaff working the east lower are safely removed from the axles of Eurostar in time to get my order wrong and give me my change in Kenyan shillings." The irony is not lost on me.

philgerrard Posted January 29, 2007 Author Posted January 29, 2007 With it being on Valentines day, it should be bring your bird for a fiver etc.But then again women at football FU.CK THAT LET JUST HAVE ??10 FOR A TICKET I SEE ENOUGH OF THE BIRD AT HOME DONT WANT HERE AT MATCH TO
dci_bwfc Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 The replay being on Valentines is very good news, means I don't need to make an effort with the 'FB' - don't want her getting the wrong impression! Can I honestly see cheaper ticket prices? Possibly! Will our 'supporters' turn out for a midweek fixture in the middle of winter, on valentines day, when it's already on the bbc? I seriously doubt it! Look at the UEFA Cup last year, on the biggest European night in Bolton's history how many turned up, just 19,288.
philgerrard Posted January 30, 2007 Author Posted January 30, 2007 Middlesbrough are asking ??10 for adults and ??5 for kids for their cup replay against Bristol City. that is what we need to do to get anything like 20,000 on. CORRECT
Traf Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Colin / Spider, Send Fat Phil whatever you like: he'll not read it. He's where every chairman should be 2 days before the transfer window shuts: on holiday.
