  1. Why bring the kit man from Burnley? Does he fold the shirts better than the one Megson used or is it true he's your brother-in-law?
  2. An update on "Sir" Nat is required. Not been at The Reebok for many a year now. Follow that up with a question posed on the other thread about a statue being installed outside the main entrance BEFORE Nat passes away!
  3. 5,000 Burnley to start of the count On the official website its SOLD OUT in 4 blocks in the ESL but its green (plenty of availibity) in 9 blocks around the ground, so I think its going to be yet another Bolton let down. Its now impossible for us to sell-out a home game, so those predicting over 25,000 are in dream land. 23,652 for me.
  4. Based on the "quality" of the other centre backs Megson was able to attract to the club, I would go as to say that the signing of Cahill was the biggest factor in our Premier League survival.
  5. I have a taker for the one spare ticket we have for the Fans Forum but as he is not a member of WW, Mount Kipper has agreed to give it until 5pm on here for someone to step forward and claim it. As my old mate Fester was just 1 out in Horwich's "Guess the Crowd", I'll give him first refusal. But in the meantime, if any member on here wants the ticket please let me know. Please though, be genuine and only claim the spare ticket for your own use. If its for a mate etc, then Mount Kipper was in first. EDIT: any chance this can be pinned and a message sent to Fester by someone who has his text number?
  6. We had a thread on this a year or so back Until someone finds it, I find google a good point of reference. If you type in Bolton and Elephants you get this SORRY thats Bolton & Donkey Here this is better: My link
  7. Glory, glory, Malcolm Glazer Glory, glory, Malcolm Glazer Glory, glory, Malcolm Glazer and the debt goes marching on and on and on and on..... (to my old mans a Dustman) His name is Malcolm Glazer he thinks hes rather flash, he tried to buy a football club but didn't have the cash, he borrowed loads of money and made you all upset, now Citys fuckin loaded and you're in fuckin debt
  8. reet then it says 7.00pm on the ticket is that doors open or time OC is on stage?
  9. 1 away point all season It's a horrible thought but that run is set to continue 2-0 to Bolton Elmander with them both, his second being a 60 yard volley over the fat Burnley keeper who falls arse-over-tit trying to keep it out
  10. Agree with Frank The ESL under the scoreboard has always been the singing area since the Reebok opened, if by now similar minded fans haven't migrated to that part of the ground, I really don't know what more the club can do.
  11. have I rattled your cage? I could fill this forum with list of Elmander's shit-ness It just amazes me that after nearly 2 years there are those still preying he will come good So desperate or some that his goal on Sunday is being described as superb
  12. I must have missed when he came on against Arsenal. The control of the ball that ran up his chest and hit his knee was of particular class.
  13. Have you got a ticket yet?
  14. Can't believe what you read...as earlier this week it was reported somewhere that we had shown him the door and he was set to sign for a club in Portugal
  15. Motherwell v St Mirran
  16. Great to read the news about the signing on BWFC.co.uk sometime tonight!
  17. Talking of the snow and ice, I noticed this morning how good it is at cleaning the flags on the drive. 2 weeks under compacted snow has lifted all the crap clean off. That's saved a job with the jet-wash in the spring
  18. I would like to see that one. Any chance of a link?
  19. So we're back to you Tyls. Whats happening then?
  20. Good one mate! Megson has a little problem in that Coyle is playing the same team as Megson left BUT we are looking a lot more positive, smiles on their faces and players having only positive things to say about the new manager. Yes I know that is bound to happen anyway with a new manager but if the previous manager was loved, you'll get at least one or two players saying good things about him. I can't recall a single word from the Bolton camp?
  21. IMO the clue is Alan Nixon. He broke the news on the American lad Holden coming on trial, so I suppose when OC thinks its a done deal with a player - you'll read it first with Nixon. If Tyls can beat Nixon to it, then he is the man ITK!
  22. I'm waiting for the banner on the stone wall on the entrance to the lane up to his house! Come on you bedsheet lot, lets get it sorted!!
  23. email on the way
  24. Big improvement in that survey this season. Some of the new ideas on the match ticket packages is interesting and new. Well done again to Bolton!
  25. Only joking about the stamp costs Kipper! Would prefer to get it to you in advance of Thursday, as 7pm is cutting it a bit fine for me. Could pass on the ticket at the Burnley game? ESU is our seat of choice, any use for you?
