I was only ever a social smoker and just went cold turkey. Can't stand the smell of it now. I've had mates who have managed to kick the habit through the use of E-cigs, but they look so naff. One of them is walking up to Everest base camp this year, she can't be vaping up there surely?

I work in Manchester and there's one particular girl at work that seems to think that having a Bolton accent means you're from a lower class. As I'm picking up her work at the moment she really needs to reign it in or I can see me being up on a Disciplinary soon.
