  1. Aye Niall Quinn set that precedent and shamed others into following suit. Villa having Acorns childrens hospice as shirt 'sponsors' is another one. There are still some good people in football.
  2. Good man. Hope it does set a precedent. Over to you El Hadj.
  3. There is an obsession with songs/chants at the moment. Fair do's I don't agree with blatant racist stuff but do we really want grounds rippling with polite applause? Yeah some players (who usually have asked for it) take some flak. Then they get back in their Bentleys and go back to their mansions. Boo feckin Hoo.
  4. I don't have a problem with the article. In fact I agree with everything he says. But I concur, he is a w@nkstain.
  5. I agree. Reminds me of 'Sammy Lee better manager than BSA' prior to that game.
  6. Sweet Green is best for choice in town I'd say. Always 3 or 4 good ales in Hen n Chicks also. I'd be amazed if these weren't on the list.
  7. I like the English teams to do well in UEFA for purely selfish reasons. Plenty of live footy on telly of a Thursday neet.
  8. Tried adding a reply on this thread and it took me straight back to the forum homepage. The reply didn't register. May be sonething up with it thanks.
  9. Apparently Celtic sent tickets back. Fuel surcharges and the credit crunch taking hold maybe.
  10. Celtic will be launching a complaint as we speak. Funny sunames for Larkhall though.
  11. Is it back open now? Heard it's been closed for a bit.
  12. Me plus 3 up for that game also mate. Haven't got tickets yet though. May stay in the Glasgwegian though.
  13. Not a chance. What was he thinking? Probably come from a dodgy source anyway.
  14. Have to say this sounds pretty good. They won't have to go very far to beat Scotts that's for sure. Is it the place that's at ground level where they had Antiques Roadshow etc?
  15. Be quiet Jussi, you are a mere sideshow in this Theatre of Dreams.
  16. You could walk from Bradshaw Road up to Affetside. The footpath is on the right, before the Jumbles turn off. It's bit of a climb though, but theres a pub at the top of the hill in Affetside where you can quench your thirst. Some nice views of Bolton & surrounding countryside to be had.
  17. Knight of the realm whisky face has advised Stylsey 'he still owes us 4 more' If he wants to retain his Premier League status I'm sure he'll oblige. Why does 'incompetance' benefit the big boys constantly?
  18. Well done Hull. If we are gutted because one team out of 20 has got a result, it's a very sad state of affairs. We need to look at ourselves, not others in September
  19. The Griff was the place to be last neet. Top order performances ont karaoke.
  20. Aye mate. There was a banner at the recent Old Firm game, commissioned by The Blue Order, which had Celtic fans chasing an ambulance whose reg was TBO 01. It's a dig at the fact they suck up to all manner of causes to make friends. Minutes silences for Ukrainian miners, Basque flags, Palestine flags. Not unlike our friends down the East Lancs.
  21. This thread has definitely hit the skids.
  22. Aye love, bitters gone up 2p int Balmoral.
