Todays Games
A joke. They outplayed Burnley the other day, just finishing was awry. Given a few more games they'd have been OK.

Allardyce
From what I heard losing a friend in the men bombing had a profound effect. In terms of cash, he could probably buy the club. Maybe an opportunity back at home would be appealing. Once the initial press coverage had died down, he'd be under less scrutiny than at a prem club, and he'd have more "time" from the supporters than those from other clubs. Anyhow, all just hearsay.

I agree entirely re the Wednesday game and follow up performance. It was obviously the best we'd played this season, and for me the same team and set up should have played the next game. If you do well and are rewarded with being dropped its not going to help your commitment, especially when you see what the "firsts" achieve.

Has ranvir had them done? When she was younger don't remember her being so curvy.

I'll check the flights out!

Allardyce
I'm trying really hard not to adopt that thinking. Can't argue with his achievements under difficult conditions, but if an investor came into the club, I'm not sure how effective his spending would be.

Brisbane Advice?
Well that's hardly a recommendation for Caxton Street!

Hurricane Irma
How much energy must be required to achieve that? Truly astronomical. Pity we can't harvest it in some way.

This Weather.....
The lake has returned at the bottom of my mum's street. Will probably stay now until around April. Everywhere is sodden, was hoping to do some late lawn sowing, not happening.

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
Maybe. I'm looking for a bit more leadership on the field, and as we all known when confidence is low performance levels drop. Looking for players to show a bit more with the ball and not be fearful of making a mistake. A lot of that needs to come from training and tactics, and maybe with the number of new players time is needed for the squad to gel. Get that spirit and players will go that extra mile, even if they aren't aware of doing so.

Me too. Not sure in what specific capacity though.

A bit young for him to be getting wed?

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
Here's a thought, if we did come out of the embargo, then it would allow us to sign lads on better wages- could that be a kick up the pants to some of our irreplaceable, current incumbents, as in pull your socks up or some else can be brought in. Is it possible that some feel too secure, irrespective of their wage.

Can't disagree there frank

Town Centre Latest
Good to here. Went up Newport street yesterday on the way home from the game. I've seen the bridge bit plenty of times now and I'm convinced the doors and windows are perpendicular to the slope and not vertical. Its truly weird.

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
Beginning to wonder weather we should miss midfield out.Five at the back, wing backs pushing on. Two cloggers in midfield and play three up. If we're going to launch it anyhow, then get support to GM and make the opposition do some defending. Worked for the crazy gang, until they fragmented and got old, so maybe a means to an end. We'd get thrapped a few times, though that's happening anyhow, but if we pick led up a few points then who knows. Survival at all costs, get the embargo shifted, then move on.

Were charging away supporters a tenner a point.

Hurricane Irma
Just read that a few Britons were refused evacuation by american personnel as they weren't american citizens. This despite space being available. Absolute cunts trick.

Me too, showing him obviously estranged from his lad's mum. Completely weird. Seems to go from being fine to unable to move. Not sure it does much to illustrate the difficulties of arthritis.

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
Agreed.

A few Saudi style public floggings wouldn't go amiss.

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
The thought I had reflecting on the bus home, was a midfield of Farrellys.

Wanderers 0-3 Boro
Yep. I actually think he did quite well considering he's a young lad up against a prem quality bloke. Good pace and will rarely have a tougher ride. He tried to carry the ball a few times, sometimes lost it, but at least he tried. I fear Taylor would have been destroyed because of a lack of pace. Like you said no one seems to take responsibility for helping out and nullifying the threat.

The sharks would do that.
