It's buses from Manchester to Horwich for the Leeds match as well as the Derby match. If you're coming in from manc for the Middlesbrough and Brentford games there are trains from Victoria but not Piccadilly, Oxford Road or Deansgate.
I'm a shift worker who does miss quite a few matches but the £25 a month I pay for a season ticket works out cheaper than paying for each game individually.
