  1. All but confirms that 2nd is what we are fighting for now.
  2. 1.6mm across 75% of the tyre is required. http://tools.mercedes-benz.co.uk/current/passenger-cars/pdfs/finance-insurance/vehicle-return-standards.pdf
  3. Might have to be the cross trainer then, I swim like a brick... Thanks Normally at the gym I just lift, but that tends to make me heavier.
  4. Urgh. I need to start this. I'm currently 17st 7lb, and that's just too much. Any cardio tips for someone with horrifically bad knees?
  5. My lease contract said it needed at least 4/32" of tread, so I'd check the "excessive wear" conditions on the manufacturer's site to see if it is specified. What brand of car is it?
  6. Yup. I wouldn't be so sure. In today's financial climate, companies do anything they can to extract every penny from you.
  7. $1,600 to hand back the car at the end of the lease, for what I consider to be "standard" wear and tear (the odd scratch here from supermarket car parks etc). I'm buying my next one, and I'll never touch a Chrysler again for as long as I live. I guess my experience is exclusive to them, as my previous lease (a Mustang from Ford) had no such issues.
  8. From very recent personal experience, I cannot recommend enough against leasing.
  9. Beevers' face on their goal says it all. For a tall lad, Dervite isn't that great in the air.
  10. There's a reason our team tend to play long most of the time now. Our midfield is devoid of any talent, really. As you've said, our best 3 midfielders are out injured. I'd add Vela to that list, but only as the very front of the midfield, playing in a number 10 role off of Madine.
  11. See the problem is with us Bolton fans, you could easily replace Parkinson with Lennon and Lennon with Freedman in that post, and it could have been copied and pasted from the year before. It's a sad trend that I've seen time and time again since Big Sam's days.
  12. Second yellow for being a gobby shit.
  13. Attack is the best form of defence? Doesn't make sense to me, but it must be a saying for a reason.
  14. Scunny finished 1-2. Good result for us. Prefer us to win, but a draw won't be the end of the world.
  15. Agreed. Even worse decision putting him in defence, especially considering how much pressure they've been applying down that side all game.
  16. Derik needs to stay away from defence. Lad can't defend.
  17. Scunny 2-0 down now. We NEED to hold this.
  18. Trotter replaces Spearing :/
  19. Picture 31, you can see most of me (grey jacket behind the bars).
  20. They still play there, the Reno Aces. They shift the turf to and from the dirt area when there are footy games. Those are the most expensive seats too. My "seats" are right behind the goals at the far end of that picture. I say "seats" because it's General Admission, and I'd rather stand underneath the score boards on the right on the picture. Much better view. The bottom of the picture is basically a large grass area where families can have picnics and stuff during the game. It's a weird setup (compared to what I'm used to) but it's quite nice, actually. Very VERY family-oriented atmosphere.
  21. It's a decent size. It's on the smaller size, but honestly considering the limitations they've made a decent job of fitting a footy pitch in there.
  22. After posting in the USA Trip thread, I figured I'd just put this out there. Northern Nevada's first ever professional football (soccer, ew) team made its debut in a friendly game last weekend against San Jose Earthquakes. They play in a converted baseball stadium, until its proven to be popular enough to get their own venue. While the match day experience is NOTHING like back home, it is so nice to be able to go to games regularly again. One or two matches a year just wasn't cutting it for me (although at least this season I saw a win vs. Oldham). One thing that does bug me though, is that most of the games are either Wednesday or Saturday evenings, 7pm kick offs. It just feels wrong. Wasn't sure if this should be in here or in Terrace Talk.
