  1. That was a result that sends you home in a positive mood due to the way we performed. Which also brought a better atmosphere in the stands. Lonergan was everywhere today and even Knight made a cracking last ditch tackle to prevent a good scoring opportunity for forest. Happy with all that.
  2. Agree with Anewman, that Stoke semi completely took the wind out of me and made me a lot more pessimistic about the whites. The passion comes back in dribs and drabs like the Eagles winner vs Blackburn last season was an adrenaline rush.
  3. 2 apiece, all goals missed by the fans due to flashing advertising boards!
  4. Everton away please. A good excuse to go on the lash round lime street before and after.
  5. I'll be one of the '15k so called fans' as Casino eludes to sitting at home, listening on tower. Come on you whites....
  6. With the Birmingham pitch invader do you mean the guy who ran on in full scuba diving gear complete with flippers and a snorkel and the stewards couldn't catch him. He managed to dive in the back of the net before he was nabbed, now that was a laugh.
  7. Where do I sign? The worst advert for me is the 'footballfancast' one with the white background. Obviously they work for the sponsors if I remember them.
  8. Can somebidy direct me to the 'Big Sam Appreciation Society' page please? In all honesty I think theres more chance of Sammy Lee getting the job here, I.e no chance of either.
  9. Cheers for the info
  10. Did I not read the other day that the fanzone is open today and Stu Holden will be in signing autographs in there?
  11. I'll be interested to see how much the wage bill is reduced by this time next year, obviously this yearly wage bill included the latter stages of the alonsos, Ricketts, kev davies' et al. We definitely need one or two yoofs to make the breakthrough into regular starters.
  12. Anybody remember John O'Kanes goal from the halfway line at the Priestfield in the 2000-01 season? I can still hear the Gillingham fans singing "2 nil and you facked it ap" as we left the ground.
  13. Involving Moritz more, 4 goals in December for him. Pushing Ngog down the pecking order is a plus for me too. If and when he gets another chance he might be more inclined to seize it.

    I just use tubidy.
  15. I'm just wondering what the fans believe is acceptable in terms of league position at the end of the season for Dougie to keep his job from this point? I would say we should be aiming for top 10. I'm pretty sure he'll be told to sell before we buy again in January, the board will be of the mindset that Bolton will still be in this league next season so very little investment in the 1st team I reckon.
  16. Ironically the Atlantis closed down not long after I started clubbing there. The same thing happened with the Temple nightclub, mmmmmm? Ste Oil had the Brass Cat before it changed hands, he also manages Downtown (formerly Tiggi's). Three Crowns is a decent pint but doesn't serve til that late, about 12 roughly on a weekend.
  17. Holland and Barratt could get a runout then. I thought he was one of our youth players until I readthe other day he was 29!
  18. I feel sorry for Baptiste with the position he's in, its very obvious that he is predominantly right footed and comes in field quite a lot. Alonso was a poor defender but it got down the touchline well and very attack minded.
  19. Sam Ricketts would be ideal now for his versatility along the back, Baptiste is looking very uncomfortable down that left channel.
  20. The Reebok will be rocking.... once an earthquake kicks in! I predict boos at half time and cheers at full time.
  21. This'll turn into a famous win, just to rub salt in my wounds when I chose not to go. Kill kill kill....
  22. I'm on the rob while your all in Wigan. See if I can nab a furby boom.
  23. I'm hoping to see a load of posturing wanderers clips on YouTube Monday morning, giving it large during and after the match.
  24. Thats a great effort from the fans that turnout with it being just before christmas, whether they're cheap tickets or not far to travel. I couldn't afford to go so it's tower fm for me, I hope it sounds rocking on the radio.
